Customers outside India are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses across India and select international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location, the items ordered, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase but are not guaranteed.
5.2 Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
5.3 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you. Re-shipping costs may apply. If you do not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus shipping fees.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
6.1 Return Policy
We accept returns of eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
