Every choice in our identity was deliberate. The name, the mark, the palette — each carries a meaning that maps directly to what we do and who we do it for.
Nerida is a name of Greek and Aboriginal Australian origin, derived from the word for "sea nymph" or "one who flows from the water" — representing emergence, fluidity, and natural potential coming to the surface.
Why Nerida?
The name was chosen because it captures something essential about what we believe in — that potential isn't manufactured, it's already present. Like water that finds its own level, every person carries the capacity to arrive at exactly where they're meant to be. Nerida exists to remove the obstacles in that path.
The name is also deliberately uncommon in Indian professional spaces. We chose it precisely for that reason — we aren't trying to blend in with the landscape of coaching institutes and placement firms. We're something different, and the name signals that from the first impression.
